Sackman continued to diversify its portfolio in 2005 when it made its first of eight acquisitions in Texas. Six are in Austin — one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. To date, Sackman has completed two ground up construction projects in Austin, 70 Rainey Street and 2010 South Lamar Blvd., and acquired two income producing assets. The remaining assets are income producing development sites.
